House sleeps a maximum of 6 people

High Season

June to September
- $225 taxes included, 2 night minimum
- Rate includes 4 people; $25 per extra person, per night
- $65 one time cleaning fee

Low Season

October to May
- $150 per night, taxes included, 2 night minimum
- Rate includes 2 people; $25 per extra person, per night
- $65 one time cleaning fee

Check in: 3pm    Check out: 11am

  • Payment: Email Transfer, Visa, or cash
  • A deposit of $100 dollars, per night is required to hold reservation
  • 100% refund of deposit if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date
  • No smoking in house
  • No pets allowed
  • Guest house is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten items
  • Guests are responsible for any damages to premises and/or furnishings and will be charged accordingly.
